
Monique Jordan began her radio career as an intern in Killeen, Texas, while serving in the US Army. With over 20 years of broadcasting experience, she has developed a dynamic on-air presence and a commitment to creating engaging content.
Currently, Monique is the midday show host for 103.5 WRBO in Memphis, Tennessee. She has worked in various locations, including Mobile, Montgomery, Birmingham, & Tuscaloosa (AL), Killeen, TX, Columbus & Albany (GA), and Florence & Charleston (SC.)
Monique finds the most inspiring aspect of her job is the ability to connect with, inspire, and uplift her audience, guided by the principle, “You have to stand for something, or fall for anything.”
Outside the studio, Monique is passionate about traveling, spending time with her kids and grandkids, and engaging with her community.
Some of her favorites include baking, (especially sweet potato pie), going on cruises, and supporting her favorite football teams: the Giants, Eagles, and University of Alabama.
Her favorite artists include Mary J. Blige, Beyonce, and Jay Z, and she enjoys seafood, soul food, Coca-Cola, Hennessy, and Heineken.
